• Valuation reports
• Legal, financial, or investment advice
• Offers to buy, sell, or hold any asset
Users are solely responsible for independent evaluation and professional consultation before any decision-making.
No Reliance and Decision Sovereignty
BCI Lab does not assume fiduciary responsibility toward any user.
No Content shall be relied upon as the sole basis for investment, corporate, governance, or strategic decisions.
All decision-making authority and associated risk remain exclusively with the user, their board, management team, advisors, or investment committee.
Limitation of Liability
