Structural Leakage

The hidden erosion of Meaning Tension caused by governance drift or strategic incoherence — typically visible as revenue growth occurring alongside a simultaneous decline in pricing power.

Mechanism

The defining signature is the divergence itself: top-line growth continuing while the ability to hold price is already gone. The cause is specifically governance-level (drift, incoherent strategy across functions or geographies) rather than a single distribution decision or an external macro shock — which is what distinguishes it from the Legibility Trap and from ordinary cyclical demand weakness.
